• After placing an order, our team will confirm if the item is available on-hand or will be made-to-order.
• An order is considered confirmed only after payment (full or partial, depending on the product).
• For on-hand items: full payment is required before shipping or pickup.
• For made-to-order pieces: a 50% down payment is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipping.
Production & Shipping
• All pieces are handcrafted. Production timelines may vary depending on the type and quantity of your order.
• We will provide you with the estimated completion date once your order is confirmed.
• Shipping times may vary depending on the courier. Daprich Embroidery is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received is defective or incorrect. If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
