For on-hand items: full payment is required before shipping or pickup.
For made-to-order pieces: a downpayment is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

All pieces are handled with care.
Production timelines vary depending on whether the order is custom or bulk.
We will provide an estimated completion date once your order is confirmed.
Shipping
Delivery time depends on your location and courier.
Once orders are shipped, delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.
Returns & Issues
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
If there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
